Our community's youngest ghosts and goblins will "haunt" the downtown area during the Fifth Annual Trick or Treat on the Square set for Oct. 31 from 3- 6 p.m. Participating businesses will feature large, orange pumpkin signs in their windows to let youngsters know where candy is available.
